Chromatographic purity by RP-HPLC against the release specification, reported per lot. Identity is confirmed on the same lot by LC-MS.
Sealed vials at −20 °C, protected from light. The retest date for the lot is printed on its certificate.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, leave the same business day. Anything after the cut-off goes out on the next one.

Sealed vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with written authorisation. Opened vials cannot be returned.
The batch number printed on the label finds one certificate in the COA library. Search it there, no account needed.
