About GR-C1
GR-C1 is a 37-amino-acid acylated analogue of human amylin, stabilised by an intramolecular disulfide bridge and a C20 fatty-diacid side chain. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder and is used in vitro as the long-acting amylin reference compound.
Every vial is filled and lyophilized under GMP at the source and leaves with a batch number on the label. Purity, identity, net peptide, water, counter-ion and endotoxin are run by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory in the United States, and the certificate for that lot is published in full.
